PACKAGES MUST BE PREPAID FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE TO APPLY. A LATE FEE OF 10% WILL APPLY AFTER 5 DAYS OF DUE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

- LESSON PACKAGES ARE VALID FOR ONE NATURAL MONTH. BILLS WILL GO OUT THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH.

- NO CANCELLATIONS OR SAME DAY CHANGES PERMITTED

Exception: Medical excuse by doctor or hospital

- IF DAY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, YOU UNDERSTAND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RETUN TO YOUR SPOT

- IF BARN CANCELS: 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month will be reserved for makeups of lessons that the barn cancelled. It is the riders responsibility to sign up for makeups or lesson will be forfeited. NO ROLLOVER LESSONS FROM MONTH TO MONTH WILL BE PROVIDED

- Extra lessons will be billed at the same rate of current package.

- If for any reason, there was lessons provided without prior payment (exception: extra lessons); lessons will be charged at FULL SINGLE LESSON PRICE $85 plus an additional late fee of $15 per lesson.

- LATE CANCEL (SINGLE LESSON RATE): If cancellation happens within 24 hours of Lesson scheduled, lesson will be considered consumed with no makeup allowed. Reschedules 24 hours in advance.

- LATE TO CLASS: Riders should be present and fully ready to ride at least 15 mins before lesson begins. If late, lesson will finish at its scheduled time regardless.

- ATTIRE: Polo shirt or long sleeve tucked in. No tang tops permitted. Breeches or Jodhs, tall or paddock boots, for girls hair must be picked up or pony tail,

- NO REFUNDS ON LESSONS OR PACKAGES

Plan for your horseshow early and notify by text to 305-9261321 of your desire to attend the show at least 2 weeks prior.

A deposit of $500 will be required per show.

Gold Stirrup show bill: $955 for 3 days (includes horse)

Heritage showgrounds: Around $400
